Weight Loss Tools Here is a nice tool that I have been using to chart my weight loss progress. It requires Microsoft Excel. I have 3 versions available based on which version of Excel you have. To determine which one you have, Open Excel, click on Help and then About Microsoft Excel. You should see a line near the top telling you which version you have. Click here to download the Excel 2000 version Click here to download the Excel 97 version Click here to download the Excel 95 version After you have downloaded and opened up the document, simply enter the starting date in A-2, all the other dates will automatically update. Enter your starting weight in B-2 and your goal weight in E-2. Every week simply enter your current weight and the graph will automatically update. Finally, save the document on to your hard drive where you can find it. When I click on the links above, Excel actually opened the document up from my web page. There are two vertical lines on the graph that you will have to click on and move to where the trend line intercepts the goal. I haven't figured out a way to calculate the intercept.
